29 female players in lacrosse were randomly assigned to one of two training groups to test this theory. The first group received SRC-related training. These studies prove that computer-based coaching can have a profound impact on the shooting ability a lacrosse player. Although the Simon effect wasn't as significant as those from the SRC and Lacrosse Celly it was still apparent.
